"Do You Qualify To Join The Discipline To Deliver - Up Close And Personal Coaching Programme?"

Hello Again.

Well the fact that you are here shows you are at least mildly interested.

That's a good place to start.

However in my experience, mild interest rarely translates to committed action.

For us to be able to work together you need to to be able to convince me that you are the sort of person who will take action.

At the head of this page there is a timer.

It started counting down from 30 minutes the moment you arrived at this page.

So you have 30 minutes to make a decision.

And that decision is this:

Do YOU want to find out more about a coaching programme that can turnaround YOUR inefficient and ineffective work habits and have YOU become super productive?

First let's get this clear.

I am not asking you to decide whether you want to do this or not right now - neither you or I have enough information to make a decision either way yet.

I am asking you whether you are committed enough to find out if it is the right thing for you to do.

Because it will be a big decision for both of us.

If your answer to the question above is YES then...

All you have to do is e mail me at my personal e mail address and ask me one of two things:

  • Ask Any Questions You May Have About The Programme If You Are Still Unsure

  • Or If You Are Committed, To Arrange A Call To Find Out If We Can Work Together

...And I'm going to challenge you to do that in the next 30 minutes.

I will respond within 24 hours, probably sooner.

And to prove you are the sort of decisive action taker that you will need to be to fully commit to a coaching programme of this intensity, I want you to send a screen shot of the timer BEFORE it expires in your e mail, to prove you at least have the decision making muscle to get started.

"WHAT! You're making me work already" perhaps you might be exclaiming?

Well yes... becoming productive and developing the discipline to deliver and create the results you want requires effort and to be brutally honest with you (and perhaps this is the point where I might lose you here), if you can't do something as simple as that then perhaps there's no wonder why you might be need to improve your productivity.

Ouch!

This Programme Will Take Work And At Times It May Be Uncomfortable

Yup - that's the approach I will take - I will be honest with you AND I will hold you to account in a tough love sort of way for two reasons:

  1. It works and it gets results
  2. It's the right thing to do (which isn't always the easiest either!)

So when you have e mailed me, we can then engage in a dialogue where I can start to understand what you are after and whether I can help you or not.

And of course you can get the measure of me.

Now if this programme isn't for you, you have probably already have navigated away from this page.

For many, it won't be and so they won't have even made it this far.

However, you are here. and I congratulate you for that.

Now as you are seriously interested (otherwise you wouldn't still be reading this), it is vital you consider ALL of your options at this stage as well as joining me on this programme.

Because you do have other options:

Here Are The Options You Have To Develop Your Productivity

You Could Go It Alone And Do It Yourself

Of course you try and work it out for yourself on a trial and error basis.  To be honest with you, where do you think most of the strategies that are used today come from?  Well the pioneers of the productivity game went out into the Wild West of work, tried a few things, got a few arrows in their back but learnt from their adventures. The question is, do you have the luxury of time and are you strong enough to deal with the inevitable "learning".

You Could Go And Read Up On The Subject

Now this is not necessarily a bad option to take because there are some great books out there.  If you continue to follow my on my blog or add yourself to my subscribers list, I will recommend lots of great books to you.  I have read many books and it continues to be part of my self-development strategy.  However it does take time, you do have to filter out a lot of crap to get to the good stuff...And then you have to go out and try it to see what works.

You Could Google "Productivity" And See What You Find

I am a great advocate of online learning and so this is definitely a choice open to you.  However, just like reading a bunch of books on the topic, you will have to sort the wheat from the chaff.  But online the information is so much more fragmented and for every opinion and recommendation you find, you will find its opposite counter-argument nearby as well.  There are some great online courses you could invest in to learn how to get more done faster.  However before you choose, I'd recommend you get in touch with the author directly beforehand - they way they interact with you will be a good hidden measure of the quality of the course.

You Could Attend A Live Productivity Seminar

Now I love live events.  In fact much of my people development career has been either delivering at them or putting them on.  There is something quite special about the buzz of a really well presented and well organised seminar.  You also meet some amazing people at these events too.  It's a great way to kick start your learning and development because the good presenters will give you the most up to date information they have (or at least they should).  The only downside is that you aren't always able to go back and ask clarification questions when applying it isn't as easy as it seemed when you were taught it.

Or You Could Invest In The Services Of A Coach

With a coach you not only get live interaction, you will also get accountability, clarification as well as support and encouragement.  Using a coach is bespoke to you and your situation and their role is to help you succeed and achieve the goals that you define.  Having a coach is not right for everyone because a good one won't let you falter or let any setbacks get in your way.  They will also help you develop your skills so you can go it alone once the coaching is finished.

Of course I would make that recommendation because that's what I can do for you.

However you have to make the decision yourself and the only way to do that is gather enough information to make an informed decision.

But let me take on all the risk.

I am so confident I can help you become more productive and effective that I will give you this guarantee:

Here's my Iron-Clad, No Questions Asked, 28 Day Guarantee

If after 28 days of the coaching you don’t feel you have made any shifts in your productivity then I will give you a full 100% refund of your fees.  All you will have to do is send a simple e mail with “It’s not working for me Michael” in the subject line (nothing else, no explanation or anything) and I will then personally process the refund within 24 hours.

So all you need to do is take the next step which is to send me an email to my personal email address:

  • Ask Any Questions You May Have About The Programme If You Are Still Unsure

  • Or If You Are Committed, To Arrange A Call To Find Out If We Can Work Together

But Just For Clarity, Here's A Reminder of How It Works:

It Starts With a "Pre-School" Week...

Before we dive into the actually coaching and skill development we will work together in this first week to understand a few key things that will allow me to understand YOU better so I can laser guide the coaching to meet your unique goals and objectives.

Together we will identify the following:

  • Exactly what it is YOU want to achieve from the programme
  • We will do a detailed analysis of the problems getting in the way of you getting what you want done
  • We will prioritise your list of objectives
  • You will complete a number of profile questionnaires to help me identify where your strengths and preferred working styles lay
  • We will also decide whether we can work together and either party can call a halt at this point (yes I have "sacked" clients before who I didn't think this would work for). If we discover it's not for you at this point then you will get a FULL REFUND

...And Then We Get Into The Actual Coaching

Then once we have done that, we will get into the actually coaching part of the programme which looks like this:

  • Step 1 - Digest Course Material

Every week, you will be provided the next course material module in written and audio format for you to digest

  • Step 2 - Apply What You Have Learnt

You will then have a week to follow the action plans provided for you and use the techniques you have been taught

  • Step 3 - One on One Coaching & Feedback

We will then get on Skype and dissect your experiences of the week as well as give you additional coaching

Your Discipline Development Will Evolve Through Leveraged Learning

And this is repeated every week for 8 weeks.  A repeating cycle of LEARN, LEVERAGE your efforts and then a REFLECTION on your experiences that puts you in control of the development of your discipline and personal productivity under my personal guidance and coaching.

The your discipline development and the coaching will alternate between these two modes:

  • Cutting Edge Strategies

You will be drip fed a range of cutting edge productivity methodologies for you to apply and integrate into your daily work patterns.

  • Adaptions To Your Needs

We will then explore your unique circumstances and adapt and refine the methodologies available to suit YOUR specific needs

And Finally Here's How We Will Wrap It Up...

At the end of the 8 weeks of coaching there is what I will call a "Set Down Week".

Having spent the last 8 weeks being guided and coached by me, we will make sure your new habits and rituals are firmly installed.

We will also create an action plan for you moving forward on how you are going to continue to use what you have learnt about yourself and how you can continue to get the most from your time and energy.

The Only 8 Week Coaching Programme That Lasts 10 Weeks!

You will probably have noticed I have talked about two weeks additional to the 8 weeks of coaching.

Yes this 8 week coaching programme lasts for 10 weeks!

Having the Pre-School Week and the Set Down Week are absolutely vital to your success in developing your Discipline to Deliver.

And more importantly, you won't be charged any extra for these additional weeks.

Here's What To Do Now

So all you need to do is take the next step which is to send me an email to my personal email address:

  • Ask Any Questions You May Have About The Programme If You Are Still Unsure

  • Or If You Are Committed, To Arrange A Call To Find Out If We Can Work Together

I really do look forward to hearing from you (before the 30 minute timer is up...?)

Speak to you Soon.
